What If I Return an Item Late?

An overdue fine will be assessed for each working day an item is late being returned.

1. $.10 per day per item with a maximum fine of $3.00 per item
2. Library Equipment - $1 per day per item with a maximum fine of $5 per item.
3. Customers whose debt from either overdue fines or the value of unreturned materials exceeds $25.00 may not check out further materials nor use Library computers until the debt is reduced to below $25.00
4. Customers whose debt exceeds $50.00, and who fail to respond to overdue notices will be turned over to a collection agency.
