Broadband Technology Opportunities Program is Sponsoring Free Computer Classes

On February 23, 2010, the State Library received the word that they had been awarded an $8.8M grant from the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) of the Department of Commerce. As part of this program the Rapides Parish Library will be hosting approximately eight day-long classes per month on software applications and job skills from April, 2011 – December 2012.
