The Rapides Parish Library and School aids is sponsoring a Science Fair Workshop at the Rapides Parish School Board Resource Center, 502 Beauregard St. Alexandria, LA, on Saturday, September 27, 2008. From 9:30 A.M. to noon Jackie Johnson, the director of the Louisiana Science and Engineering Fair, will instruct students in 4th through 8th grade.

Information to be covered includes Science Fair Rules and Regulations, tips on how to do a successful project, reference tools, and basic instruction on hypothesis and bibliographies.
