The Rapides Parish Library meeting rooms are used for Library\nactivities, programs, conferences, seminars, and exhibits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meeting rooms are also available to other groups of a civic,\ncultural, charitable, fraternal, social, educational, or religious nature. All\nmeetings must be open to the public. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Businesses and groups may use the rooms for non-commercial\npurposes: staff training, informational presentations on issues of public\ninterest, etc., but not for sales presentations, billable services, club bake\nsales, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although Rapides Parish Library and the Library Board of\nControl may have authorized a group to meet in the Library, this does not\nconstitute endorsement or sponsorship of the organization or the views\nexpressed by the group as a whole or by individual participants in the\nmeetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
