Donna Lynn LeBlanc 1945 - 2023. Ms. Donna served the communities of Rapides Parish from September 1984 until her retirement in December 2016. She was loved by her community at the Martin Library, where she served as branch manager nearly 30 years. Her high regard for professionalism kept her ...branch one of the best maintained branches in the Rapides Parish Library system.
