What is TAG?

The Tween Advisory Group, or TAG, is made up of children ages 10 to 13 years old who are interested in participating in community activities and having input in the programs, services, books, and magazines that Rapides Parish Library offers.

Being a member of TAG allows you to help determine the direction the library will take in serving children of your age group in Rapides Parish.  If you would like to have a say in what Rapides Parish Library can do to better serve your peers, this is your chance to get involved!

Of course, along the way we do a lot of fun and crazy things.

How do I join TAG?

It’s free and easy!  Just fill out the online form or pick up a TAG Membership Form at Rapides Parish Main Library in Alexandria, or any of our local library branches, and voila! You can become a part of a valuable team! If you have any questions contact TAG’s Coordinator:
