The Rapides Parish Library meeting rooms are used for Library activities, programs, conferences, seminars, and exhibits.

Meeting rooms are also available to other groups of a civic, cultural, charitable, fraternal, social, educational, or religious nature. All meetings must be open to the public.

Businesses and groups may use the rooms for non-commercial purposes: staff training, informational presentations on issues of public interest, etc., but not for sales presentations, billable services, club bake sales, etc.

Although Rapides Parish Library and the Library Board of Control may have authorized a group to meet in the Library, this does not constitute endorsement or sponsorship of the organization or the views expressed by the group as a whole or by individual participants in the meetings.

See below for additional information regarding the size of meeting rooms and accommodations at each location.

While meeting room applications are available on this page, please contact the desired location to make reservations. Rules about Rapides Parish Library meeting rooms can be found here.
