Today we’re celebrating a very special volunteer—Ms. Cherry! 🎉📚

✨ Ms. Cherry has been volunteering with RPL since 2010 (that’s 16 amazing years!) and has made such a lasting impact on our community 💛

...📖 She loves helping patrons with prints, books, and more—because she truly cares about serving her community!

🌟 Some of her favorite memories include:
🎉 The grand opening of the Martin Luther King Jr. Branch (2014)
🎉 The grand opening of the Central Louisiana African American Culture & Heritage Center (2024)

🙌 For the past 3 years, she’s also played an important role in the Annual Events for the AACHC!
